PURPOSE:To prepare a food having unique feeling, taste and flavor by forming easily meltable food powder, melting the formed powder with heat and solidifying the molten product. CONSTITUTION:Powder of an easily meltable food (e.g. chocolate) is compounded with a food powder or granule (e.g. grain) which is non-meltable or hardly meltable compared with the meltable powder. The mixture is formed, heated to melt the easily meltable food powder and then solidified to obtain the objective food giving unique feeling to the palate. |
