<p>PURPOSE:To improve treating efficiency and material yield by providing induction heating parts with high frequency and low frequency and setting cooling zone providing nozzles for injecting coolant to web part and flange part of a material to be treated as following the above. CONSTITUTION:A heating zone 4 with the high frequency induction heating and a soaking zone 5 with the low frequency induction heating are placed side by side in this order. At rear part of these induction heating parts 4, 5, a cooling zone 6 is set. Then, in this cooling zone 6, a nozzle for injecting the coolant to the web part in an H-shaped steel 2 and a nozzle for injecting the coolant to the flange part are provided, and by these nozzles having cooling control mechanism, each part is independently cooled.</p> |
