MANUFACTURE OF FILM CAPACITOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain uniform and sufficient interlayer adhesion between laminated metallized films by gradually raising at least one of press temperature and press pressure in press process of the laminated metallized films. CONSTITUTION:In pressing process of a laminated metallized film 3 wound around a plate bobbin, at least one of press temperature and pressure of pressboards 1 for interposing the laminated metallized film 3 is gradually raised so that interlayer adhesion is performed between layers of the laminated metallized film 3. Therefore air remaining between the layers of the laminated metallized film 3 can be smoothly exhausted, thereby realizing heat pressing wherein the laminated metallized film 3 does not contain air between layers without difference in lamination at the time of exhausting air. Thus uniform and sufficient interlayer adhesion between laminated metallized films 3 can be obtained.
