PURPOSE:To eliminate a space between a molded product and a skin material in the corner sections in the boundary of a side wall section and the bottom wall section of a molded product by means of pressure reduction of an airtight space to deform elastically partly a side wall and bottom wall of a mold in the outer surface direction, releasing the vacuum suction for restoration and sticking the skin material to the molded product. CONSTITUTION:An airtight space 25 is provided on the outside of a molded product 5 and vacuum suction for sticking a skin material 6 on the inner surface of the molded product 5 through the airtight space 25 is carried out and one of the side wall section 3 and the bottom wall section 4 of the mold product 5 is deformed elastically tentatively by reducing the pressure of the airtight space 5 at that time, and the molded product 5 is restored to the original shape by releasing the vacuum suction. Therefore, there remains some surplus in the skin material 6 to a corner in the boundary of the side wall section 3 and the bottom wall section 4 at the time of restoration. Thus, a space (c) between the molded product 5 and the skin material 6 at the corner of the side wall section 3 and the bottom wall section 4 can be eliminated. |
