Magnetically operated three=way valve - has centring springs for valve control piston incorporated in opposing operating magnets

The valve (1) is spring-biased into its centre position by centring springs formed as part of the valve operating magnets (3,4). The control piston (13) of the valve is acted on at both sides (14,15) by respective magnetic actuators. Pref. the centring springs are acted on at each side by respective spring plates, respectively acting against one end face of the piston and acted on by the magnetic actuator. The housing of each magnet has a centring band which cooperates with an opening (60) provided in each end face of the valve housing. ADVANTAGE - Integration of springs in operating magnets reduces size.
