摘要 The method utilises high-temp. waste heat from a gas-turbine-driven electric generating set. Air emerging from a compressor at approx. 350 deg. C is heated by exhaust gas at approx. a000 deg. C. The air from the compressor (3) passes through a first high-temp. heat-exchanger (6), where it is heated to roughly 950 deg.C. A second such exchanger is similarly heated, the two being cyclically supplied alternately with exhaust gas and air from the compressor. The heated air is fed to a turbine (1) driving the compressor and generator (4). The outlet air from the turbine at roughtly 490 deg. C is directed, together with the exhaust gas cooled to roughly 380 deg. from the exchanger, is passed to a waste-heat boiler (9). USE/ADVANTAGE - Full utilisation of available heat from gas turbine.y
