A dynamometer, for example a load-sensing machine, has a two-armed lever (1) with a bearing joint (2) and two load application joints (3, 4) designed as spring joints. Each spring joint (2, 3, 4) has a flexible articulated spring (5). Wire strain gauges (2a-d, 3a-d, 4a-d) are mounted on both sides of the articulated springs (5). The wire strain gauges of each articulated spring (5) are interconnected in order to form a bridge circuit (6, 7 or 8). The bending stress of the articulated springs (5) detected by the wire strain gauges is used by an associated evaluation circuit (12) in order to determine the displacement of the fulcrum and to correct the force measurement. |
