PURPOSE:To perform an exposure action without almost a release time lag in releasing operation by preceding, diaphragm driving and the retracting operation of a sub-mirror used for range-finding to the outside of a photographing optical path upon the completion of a range-finding action. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a first motor M1 is transmitted to a mirror driving mechanism 622 and a shutter charge mechanism 624 in a mirror box driving mechanism 620. The mirror driving mechanism 622 rocks the sub-mirror 640, while the shutter charge mechanism 624 charge-drives a shutter unit 650 and releases its charge. The mirror driving mechanism 622 and the shutter charge mechanism 624 turn down the sub-mirror 640, whereby a shutter charge releasing phase is obtained with a phase when the mirror 640 completely rocks to an exposure retreat position. With a phase when the shutter is charge-driven, the mirror 640 is turned up to completely rock to a position where AF-range- finding is feasible. Consequently, the time till exposure start after shutter-release, that is, a releasing time lag, is shortened. |
