A thermoplastic resin composition comprising: (A) a polymer selected from the group consisting of a conjugated diene rubber-reinforced resin and a non-conjugated diene rubber-reinforced resin and (B) a graft copolymer which is obtainable by polymerizing (b-1) at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl compounds, cyanated vinyl compounds and alkyl unsaturated carboxylates and (b-2) at least one unsaturated epoxy monomer in the presence of an ethylene- alpha -olefin base rubber, which gives a delustered molded article having improved weather resistance and impact resistance. e
