SF6 GAS-INSULATED ELECTRIC APPARATUS

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve detection accuracy of discharge abnormality by sealing perfluorocarbon together with SF6 in a container to contain an electric apparatus body. CONSTITUTION:Perfluorocarbon is decomposed due to abnormal discharge inside an apparatus and produces CF4 gas. CF4 gas is an inert gas and reacts with a constituent of the apparatus or is adsorbed and its concentration hardly reduces with time; therefore, it is suitable as an index gas for inner abnormality detection. When SF6 coexists with perfluorocarbon C8F16O, it produces FC4 clearly and is similarly suitable as an index gas.
