PURPOSE:To manufacture a lined tube with adhesion improved by manufacturing a metallic tube by forming a belt-like metallic sheet into circular tube-shape, welding and coating its inner peripheral surface with smelting resin. CONSTITUTION:After the metallic sheet 11 which is drawn out from an un-coiler 10 is fed into a surface treating tank 20 and rust-proof treatment, etc., with pickling is performed, the section is incurvated into U-shape with an U-shape forming mill 30. Next, after the metallic sheet 12 with U-shaped section is heated with a heating device 40, its section is formed into exact circle-shape with a circular tube forming mill 50 and a metallic tube is made with a welder 60. At this time, the surface of the metallic tube is coated with the smelting resin which is pushed out from the gap between a resin flow pipe 72 of a resin coating device 70 and the core part 73a of the mandrel 73 in the circular tube forming mill. By this way, the lined tube where resin layer is strongly stuck on the welded part too can be manufactured. |
