Relatively large rolling bearings applied to in drive-mechanisms or pinion gear boxes of car-trucks comprise large oil-reservoirs due to splash-lubrication which normally takes place by the rotating gears or the like parts. The oil-reservoir and more the amount of oil (for some trucks even 25 liters) forming extra weight and need space. To improve this situation and moreover the lubrication itself the following arrangement is proposed: In the bearing (3) which is supplied in the pinion gear box a pump or part of it (9) is provided by means of which oil can be sucked and supplied directly to the parts to be lubricated. Obviously suction and supplying of oil to the bearings and gear-parts concerned can now effectively be done via tubes or the like means (not shown). In the shown figure the pump-rotor (11) is connected with the (rotating) innerring (6) and the pump-housing made in the outerring (8).
