PURPOSE:To improve the designing efficiency and to save the labor for a circuit diagram processor by inputting data while scanning automatically the circuit diagram with a photoelectric converter such as a TV camera, etc. executing data conversion and processing a calculation for circuit analysis, and displaying optionally the circuit diagram and its electric characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A basic circuit diagram and a drawing of the design parameter of an element are provided to a drawing setting device 26, and a read-in starting instruction is delivered from a key input device 1. Thus a TV camera 20 moves automatically and at the same time reads a design parameter table of the circuit diagram and the element along the designated direction. These data are converted into picture signals, and these picture signals are amplified by a video signal amplifier 21 to be fetched to a CPU4 via an input port, and applied with A/D conversion 22. Each of these fetched data is processed in accordance with the program procedure of an ROM3' and stored in a circuit diagram table memory 23 and a circuit information memory 24. The outputs of these memories are used to process the circuit analysis, and to transmit the electric characteristic. |
