<p>This relative-motion device makes it possible to adjust an elongate first part 20 capable of pivoting through 360 DEG as shown by the arrow A and a second part 30 capable of swinging on the shaft 40 as shown by the arrow B. These parts are joined to a U-shaped support 10 relative to which they can be locked by means of blocks 60 and 70 secured by a single clamping screw 50. The parts 20 and 30 can be connected to elements requiring to be adjusted, such as pins or connecting rods forming part of an external orthopaedic fixator consisting of pins inserted into bone fragments and of an external frame with connecting rods. <IMAGE></p> |
