<p>PURPOSE:To provide strong turning force for drainage to prevent a drain trap from flooding by inclining each side wall of a flat pipe-like section against the axial center of branch pipes, and leading the drainage to a spirally bent joint of each side of a water collecting section from a riser and the branch pipes. CONSTITUTION:Each side wall of a flat pipe-like section 13 connected to an inlet pipe 13 is inclined about 30 - 80 against the axial center of connections of the branch pipes, and the diameter of a water collecting section 12 is subsequently reduced downward to form each side in the shape of a spirally bent funnel. Drainage flowing into a large diameter section 11 from branch pipes 30 hits side walls 13e to flow in the circumferential direction, it is forcedly spread to the circumferential surface of the water collecting section 12, it receives sufficient turning force from each side 12b of the water collecting section 12 and a wing body 12d, and it is changed into strong turning stream to discharge. According to the constitution, a variation of air-pressure in a drain-pipe is reduced, and the flooding of a drain trap can be prevented.</p> |
