PURPOSE:To easily obtain a system at low cost by providing a transmitter to transmit a signal for specifying a position as infrared rays and notifying position and road information, which are recorded to a memory card for each area in advance, to a driver by a sound corresponding to the signal. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter 2 to transmit the signal for specifying the position as the infrared rays, a sensing panel 6 to sense these infrared rays, the memory card to record the position and road information in advance a card inserting port 10 to insert this memory card are provided. Further, a data processing and sound generator 9 to retrieve the signal sensed by the sensing panel 6 from the record of the memory card inserted to the card inserting port, and to present the correspondent position and road information to the driver of car by the sound is provided. Thus, the low-priced system can be realized to obtain the position information without stopping the car in a city or a tourist resort. |
