PURPOSE:To perform high speed processing without requiring a long time in an inspection time even when there are many kinds of patterns to be printed by inspecting whether the pattern detected by an inspection apparatus coincides with the pattern based on an inputted control signal. CONSTITUTION:When the kind of an object 1 to be printed is set to a control apparatus 4, the control apparatus 4 preliminarily outputs character data of the code corresponding to the kind of the object 1 to be printed, for example, the character data (a), (b), (c)... of a code B-row to an inspection apparatus 5 to store the same in said inspection apparatus 5. When the pattern of character data 'f' is printed, the inspection apparatus 5 selects the pattern '6' of the character data 'f' from the character data (a), (b), (c)... of the B-row to compare the same with the pattern extracted from a judging part 9. By this constitution, a long time is not required in an inspection time even when there are many kinds of patterns to be printed and high speed processing can be performed. |
