PURPOSE:To quickly change the environmental variable of an operation system without performing a reapplication operation of a power supply nor a resetting operation by providing a 1st transfer means, a 2nd transfer means, an initializing means, an environment setting means, and a system starting means, thereby setting again the environmental variable. CONSTITUTION:The 1st transfer means 11 is provided together with the 2nd transfer means 12, the initializing means 13, the environment setting means 14, and the system starting means 15. The means 14 sets an optimum environmental variable to a new operation system in response to a function program to be actuated next. Then the means 15 starts automatically the new operation system where the environmental conditions are arranged. In such a constitution, the optimum environmental conditions can be obtained by switching in the least time required without performing thr reapplication operation of a power supply nor a resetting operation.
