CONSTITUTION:A grape juice prepared by pressing and filtering high saccharide grapes haw ested from the last ten days of October to November when the falling of late frost is frequent is repeatedly frozen and thawed as in the natural phenomena in the winter while removing the frozen portions, thereby providing a grape juice having a high saccharide degree.
