The invention relates to 9-halo-15-cycloalkyl prostaglandin derivatives of Formula I <IMAGE> (I) wherein R1 is hydrogen or methyl, R2 is fluorine or chlorine, n is 0 or 1, and, if R1 is hydrogen, the salts thereof with physiologically compatible bases or the cyclodextrin clathrates thereof, processes for their preparation, and their pharmaceutical usage.
