The composition consists in mixing: 20% ethyl acetate which acts as an attractant; 33.5% xylol, which acts as a solvent together with Stoddard solvent (at 14%;) 1.5% dichlorvos; 2% lindane and dursban-2, which act on the insects' nervous system; 10% lacquer and 5% resin, the two latter items being traps. The mixture is started with the ethyl acetate and xylol; once dissolved, the resin is added and then the Stoddard solvent together with the dichlorvos and dursban-2, and, lastly, the lindane and the laequer, until a homogeneous mixture is formed. It has an industrial, domestic and stock-rearing application, basically with regard to cockroaches.
