. The present invention relates to a heat exchanger for tomatoes, in particular triturated, cut or otherwise crushed. Said heat exchanger comprises a cylindrical container (1) provided with an inlet orifice (3) and an outlet orifice (4) for the tomato, internally to which a heating body (2), also cylindrical, is coaxially arranged, and externally to which a heating shell (5), also coaxial, is arranged; between the internal heating body (2) and the cylindrical container an annular section hollow space or jacket (11) is defined, through which the tomato, triturated, cut or however crushed, passes from the inlet orifice (3) to the outlet orifice (4) and is heated by the internal heating body (2) and the external heating shell (5).
