For relay conveyer, the controller makes its speed the same as the speed of two separate transportation system to be relayed. The control system senses the induction motor current of relay conveyer to check state of handling material/not and then changes motor speed automatically. Therefore it eliminates the problems arising from using optical sensors. This subsystem is composed of motor current detector (13), loading status checker (14) for the conveyer, latching part to get stable and broad operating region (15), speed selector to transport (16), speed-voltage transducer (17) and A/D converter (18) for analog voltage signal from (17). It also gives easy installation and less expensive system advantages.
