HIGH VOLTAGE SWITCHING CIRCUIT

The circuit has features of non-self carrent dissipation and large current driving capability indifferent with output mode. Also it has characteristic of large operating lower voltage limit and stable operations in programming cells on EPROM or EEPROM. Main components of this are push capacitor (21) initial pump pass transistor (22), internal second node charging transistor (23), internal first node charging Tr(24) and high voltage pass Tr(25). Specifically all Trs are enhancement type, not having leakage current which ends up with no current dissipation. The system operates in such low operating voltage as low as 2.5 volts, then increases the operating source voltage range.
