PURPOSE:To improve thermal efficiency and cooking performance by constituting that a compartment contg. a heater and a fan is provided next to a heating chamber so as to enable heated air to circulate from the center of the heating chamber through the surroundings to the compartment. CONSTITUTION:Centrifugal fans 14 and 15 are rotated by a driving motor 16, air heated by a heater 18 is blown out from a compartment 13 to a heating chamber through an air guide 24, which strikes a material 19 to be heated for heating the same. Then the air is rotated around the surroundings as shown by an arrow mark in the heating chamber 11 and is circulated from the surroundings of the heating chamber 11 to the compartment 13. Through the constitution thermal efficiency and cooking performance are improved as the heated air hits directly the material to be heated directly. |
