PURPOSE:To improve service for a user by enabling labor and time to confirm a charge to a station desiring to purchase on a tariff and an operation to depress the purchase button of a corresponding charge to be omitted by registering the station desiring to purchase on a card by a card user, and utilizing information registered on the card. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 1, a card reader/writer 2, a destination station selection part 3, and a station number registration operating part 4, etc., are provided. A portable storage medium consisting of the card in which the code number of targeted boarding/alighting place and purchasable amount data are stored is inserted to a card user ticketier. The ticketier issues a passenger ticket to the targeted boarding/alighting place by reading the targeted boarding/ alighting place from the card, and a passenger ticket charge to the targeted boarding/alighting place is subtracted from the amount data, then, it is stored in the card. Thereby, a ticket purchasing operation to a specific station can be simplified, and the service for a ticket purchaser can be improved, and also, a waiting procession in congestion can be relaxed. |
