PURPOSE:To easily generate the open harmony of a chord by shifting the pitch of sound generation indication information for a specific sound by a specific quantity and performing sound generation control over a sound source when indications for generating plural sounds are made. CONSTITUTION:When the indications for the generation of plural sounds are generated on a keyboard 2 almost at the same time, the pitch of sound genera tion information information on the specific sound among the sounds indicated to be generated is shifted by an operation element 1 by specific quantity to perform the sound generation control over the sound source. As a way of shifting the pitch, ways of Drop2, Drop3, Drop2 & 4, etc., which is normally used is used and the 2nd, 3rd, 2nd, and 4th pitches of sounds constituting the chord are lowered by, for example, one octave. Consequently, the open harmony can easily be generated. |
