摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To utilize the energy effectively and to perform positioning control with a high accuracy by limiting the deceleration control time to a short interval and performing the positioning control after the motor speed is lowered. CONSTITUTION:Upon start of a linear motor, positive phase excitation of the linear motor coil 10 is fully accelerated. An ON signal is provided from a first limit switch 35, and the linear motor coil 10 is de-energized at first time point T1 thus starting coasting of a pallet P. An ON signal is provided from a second limit switch 36, and the linear motor coil 10 is fully subjected to negative phase excitation, at second time point T2, in order to decelerate the pallet P and stop the pallet P at a predetermined position. Then an ON signal is provided from a third limit switch 37, and full excitation is released at third time point T3 if current speed fed from a speed sensor 34 is not higher than the creep speed. The linear motor is stopped when the distance between the third time point T3 and the stop point is equal to a predetermined distance.</p>
