PURPOSE:To improve moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and scratching resistance by providing a primer layer consisting of an amino compd. having at least >= 1 amino group over the entire surface of the recording medium or on the surface of a transparent substrate, then forming a silicon oxide film over the entire surface of the recording medium. CONSTITUTION:The primer layer consisting of the amino compd. having at least >= 1 amino groups is formed over the entire surface of the recording medium constituted by providing a recording layer, dielectric layer and/or protective layer on the transparent substrate made of a synthetic resin or on the surface of the transparent substrate. The silicon oxide film is formed over the entire surface of the recording medium, by which the silicon oxide film having the excellent adhesive property to the substrate is formed. The moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and scratching resistance are improved in this way and the change in the shape by water absorption is lessened. |
