The end fitting (1) is used to join the bracket (2) to the watch housing (3). It is made of a thermoplastics material and is sandwiched between two overlying layers of the bracket (2), with a thin tongue providing a number of fixing loops (16). The latter are separated from one another by slots (K) which accommodate fixing loops (2d,2e) formed integral with the watch case (3), with a pivot pin passed through all aligned loops (1b;2d,2e). Pref. the fitting (1) is clamped between the bracket layers via a press, before stamping out the slots (1c) for the watch case loops (2d,2e). USE - For leather or plastics watch bracket.
