The ball-circulating unit for a linear ball bearing moving along the longitudinal axis of a circular-sectioned guide-rail (2) partly enclosing it has several continuous rows of balls (4) distributed over its cross-section inside a cage (8) on a base (6). Two further rows of balls (4a) are separated from the first rows (4) and each has a fixture (31) with guide-grooves (32) for the balls (35). A guide-cage (34) has guide-grooves (39). USE/ADVANTAGE - The ball-circulating unit is for a linear ball bearing. It is designed so that the rows of balls for transferring torque do not negatively affect the bearing capacity of the other rows of balls.
