Corrugating machine with rollers and bending device - uses paired force action on roller ends via shock absorber using friction or hydraulic choke

The corrugating machine has two fluted rollers and a bending device, with paired forces acting on both ends of he rollers to produce the bending effect. One of the forces in the force pair shoulod act on the roller end (10`) through a shock absorber (13, 50). Pref. one roller is carried both ends in main bearings on guide elements which apply one of the paired forces, the other force to act on the roller end clear of the guide elements. Both forces on the pair (K3, K5; K4, K6) act on the roller end (10`) through a shock absorber pref. designed as flexibly yielding body or friction component or hydraulic system in which fluid is displaced via a choke. USE/ADVANTAGE - Paper and board industry corrugating. Force effect avoids roll deflection at high tempo.
