PURPOSE:To shorten the height by causing charging current in an insulation layer to flow from a conductive layer to the ground, not applying charging voltage to the insulation layer surface, and diminishing the necessity of the insulation gap between the upper surface of the insulation layer and the ceiling surface of an electric unit corresponding to the upper surface. CONSTITUTION:There are insulator electrostatic capacities between horizontal conductors 32, branch conductors, load cables 43, etc., and a coated stationary insulation layer 35 and an inserting insulation layer. The leakage current from each conductor charges the insulation electrostatic capacity. As the charging current flows to the ground through a conductive layer 40 and a grounding conductor 41A, the potential difference is almost zero. Because of this, charging voltage is hardly applied to the surface of the conductive layer 40, gaps between a load-side disconnector unit and a support plate and a ceiling plate become almost unnecessary, and only a gap for taking in or out a vacuum circuit breaker is considered to be enough. Accordingly, it becomes possible to reduce the size of an electric unit 4 and a cable unit 5 in the direction of lamination. |
