The sales display stand for potted plants contains a number of shelves (1) mounted one above the other, supported at each end by uprights. Each shelf is in the form of a trough, contg. water. One side (3) of the through slopes upwards and forwards so that the pot (2) is supported at an angle inclined to the vertical. The base of the pot is immersed in water and the angle of inclination, at which it is held, makes the plant more easily visible to a prospective customer.
