PURPOSE:To prevent a wire electrode from coming out excessively, impossible insertion and so on, and provide complete feed of the wire electrode to an object to be machined by arranging a control means which controls jetting water flow supply to a jet nozzle according to the detection results of delivery amount detection means. CONSTITUTION:When a wire electrode 103 is delivered from a delivery part and the wire electrode is inserted in a delivery side guide part, the delivery side guide part constrains the traveling direction of the wire electrode. The wire electrode delivered from the delivery side guide part in such a way is traveling, while the electrode is constrained by jetting water flow jetted out from a jet nozzle 110 in the direction of a receiving side guide part. The wire electrode inserted in the receiving side guide part is guided by the receiving side guide part. The delivery amount of the wire electrode from the delivery part is detected by a delivery amount detection means 153, and a control means 160 controls the supply of jetting water flow to the jet nozzle 110 according to the detection results of the delivery amount detection means 153. |
