A snap spring contact set is operated by a shifter, to cause a different setting of the contacts when the shifter is at an point. A spring first lever has one arm seperated by the cradle, and the other arm as a transmission element for the shifter (12), gripping into an opening (32) of the shifter. The opening is aranged with a step (42) such that the first stop face (44) of the lever, for the step-side and position of the shifter, can pass into the step. Pref. the lever has an oblique face (40) adjoining the stop face, to allow first a stop action, and then upon further movement, a displacement of the shifter.
