PURPOSE:To prevent peel-off and discoloration and to remove sludge, which is generated in a laser process, by a method wherein when the reaction condition concerning to heating is different from those for a coloring component metallic compound, a resin is mixed in. CONSTITUTION:Among various types of resin material, as an example, a vinyl chloride resin and acrylic resin are mixed in by a small quantity. By this, the vaporization phenomenon is suppressed, and the peel-off is prevented from occurring. A coloring material, which is modified by a laser marking process, disappears by being influenced by the combustion color of the resin, therefore, a comparison between a partial combustion color of the resin material and the original coloring hue provides a visible effect, and naturally, a hue with a high brightness is favorable for a coloring resin. For this reason, yellow (a compound of Cr and Pb) and white (a compound of Zn) are employed as the objects. |
