PURPOSE:To provide the antithrombotic medical circuit by using a specific high-polymer material having an excellent antithrombotic properties and constituting the surface of the circuit which comes into direct contact with blood of this material. CONSTITUTION:All of the polymers 1 consisting of the repeating unit of general formula 1 have the microdomains consisting of hard segments and soft segments by the state of crystals. The microdomain structure changes by changing R' as to the polymers 1. R' is not particularly limited and an amide group, urethane group, urea group, etc., are used, among which the amide group is more particularly preferable. The polymers are preferably made into the material structure of 10 to 20nm repeating average length of the soft segments and the bard segments. This material has the extremely good antithrombotic properties and has good dynamical properties and moldability in combination. The antithrombotic medical circuit having the extremely good characteristics is obtd. by using this antithrombotic material. |
