PURPOSE:To increase the brightness level without lowering the resolution by representing a specific number of display picture elements with display element arrays less than arrays in the moving direction of a moving body among the specific number of display picture elements. CONSTITUTION:Plural arrays of (N-1)-dimensional display elements are prepared for a speed response type scan advertisement tower which detects the moving speed of a fast moving conveyance and displays a still image or moving image to passengers on the conveyance, and a data display by each array is synchronized with the moving speed. A data generation part generates addresses of a parallel-serial conversion part 25 and a memory part 24 with signals from a sensor circuit 21 which detects the motion of the moving body and a judgement part 22 which calculates the moving speed and varies a timing signal to generate control signals for respective parts. Consequently, while column data are latched in an adjacent column, the passengers on the moving body move by the same distance as intervals of display element arrays, so they can see a still image of data and an N-fold display time and desired brightness level are obtained. |
