PURPOSE:To synthesize beautiful synthetic sand to utilize them in a molding field and a plaything field in taking the place of the natural sand by admixing ferrite with the small pieces of synthetic resin, paper and glass, etc., and magnetizing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Ferrite 2 is admixed with a raw material of small pieces 1 of synthetic resin, paper and glass by a molding machine 3. This small pieces 1 are molded and produced. After this stage has been completed, the small pieces 1 are individual chips or fine granules. After a stage wherein the chips 1 are passed through a magnetizing machine 4, ferrite 2 admixed with the chips 1 is magnetized. Thereby, the artificial sand having collective property and connectivity is completed. |
