Latch needle assembly

In mfg. and assembling an axis pin in a latch needle, all stages are concentrated at one working point. A twin-function unit has a cutting edge at the rear and a stamping tool at the leading end.The dual function tool and the stamp guide have twists which are inserted against each other in the drilling of the holding body. This forms the tool with a gap between the twists within an opening in the body. The body, with the stamp, and tool is inserted into a sleeve and clamped against a flange at its leading end by a pressure tube and ring screw
