<p>PURPOSE:To allow a submerged stirrer to easily come in and out of a manhole having a small diameter by changing the hanging up and down posture of the submerged stirrer by changing the winding-up quantities of two cables engaged with the submerged stirrer in the vicinity of both ends thereof in the longitudinal direction to allow the submerged stirrer to pass through the manhole. CONSTITUTION:Two cables 4, 5 are engaged with a submerged stirrer 3 in the vicinity of both ends thereof in the longitudinal direction. The hanging up and down posture of the submerged stirrer 3 is changed by changing the winding-up quantities of the cables 4, 5 and the submerged stirrer 3 is passed through a manhole 12 to be arranged on a stand 2. As a result, the submerged stirrer 3 can be taken out of even the manhole having a small diameter and maintenance, inspection and arrangement can be easily performed.</p> |
