The EL element consists of a transparent conducting film (1), an insulating layer (2), with a fluorescent layer (3) mixed a ZnS system of fluorescent body with a cyanoethyl system of insulating resin, a transparent conducting layer (4) and a moistureproof sealing film (5). The fluorescent layer is formed by mixing the cyanoethyl system of insulating solution with the ZnS system of fluorescent body and mixing said solution with BaTiO3 as high dielectrics and In2O3 as conductor. Accordingly, the layer obtains high brightness at low voltage. |
