PURPOSE: To obtain the subject woven fabric rich in softness and deformability and capable of carrying out direct formation by heat and forming even a complicated surface shape by respectively joining a reinforced tissue fabric as at least one thereof with a thermoplastic resin tissue fabric and forming a gap. CONSTITUTION: This thermoplastic woven fabric is obtained by superimposing a thermoplastic resin tissue fabric 4 (e.g. a polyetherimide) comprising warp fibers 5 and weft fibers 6 on an reinforced tissue fabric 1 comprising, e.g. warp fibers 2 and weft fibers 3 (e.g. the one comprising a glass), forming a gap capable of filling an auxiliary material between both the tissue fabrics 1 and 4, joining both the fabrics 1 and 4 with warp fibers 7 taken out of the thermoplastic resin tissue fabric 4 and mutually joining reinforcing fibers 8 and 9 with the thermoplastic fibers 10. in the gap. |
