PURPOSE:To cope with mounting of various kinds of components fully and achieve high speed by a table guide device before and after a substrate supporting device and by providing one or more component supply tables at each table guide device. CONSTITUTION:Different types of tape feeders are mounted to component supply tables 4R and 4L and both rotary heads 9R and 9L are operated, thus fitting chip components to the sbstrate. Further, the tape feeder is distributed to the component supply tables 4R and 4L, an XY-table 6 moves at high speed until the rotary head 9R fits chip components onto the substrate and then they are fitted by a next nozzle, and the chip components are fitted by the rotary head 9L and then are fitted by the rotary head 9R again. A high-speed fitting is achieved by repeating this operation. Also, a tape feeder is mounted only to the component supply table 4R, the component supply table 4L and the rotary head 9L are stopped, and then the tape feeder of substrate to be produced is mounted onto the component supply table 4L for preventing reduction in working rate of device when producing small quantity. |
