PURPOSE:To raise the probability for the connection, and also, to simplify the operation by executing successively a re-access to a host having plural access points, while changing the access point, and executing automatically a re-access to the other access point even in the case one access point is busy. CONSTITUTION:In the case of connecting to a host having plural access points (telephone numbers), the allowable number of access points of the host is set, and the priority is set to plural access points of the host. In the case the circuit to the access point is busy, a re-access is repeated unit it reaches the allowable number of access points in accordance with the priority of the access point. In such a way, the probability for the connection is raised, and also, troublesomeness for the operation is reduced.
