摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To attain the adjustment of a color blurring of a high-vision display device under processing deviation width by constituting a time compression circuit so as to apply horizontal time compression in the horizontal direction without switching a horizontal deflection current. CONSTITUTION:A pulse WCK is used for a write clock of line memories 13-15 and a reset pulse WRT obtained from a horizontal counter 17 is used for the reset clock. Similarly, RCK is used for a readout clock of the line memories 13-15 and a reset pulse RRT obtained from a horizontal counter 21 is used. Moreover, in order to obtain stable synchronization, the horizontal counter 17 is reset by an output frame pulse FP of a synchronization timing pulse generating circuit 3. Thus, the RCK of the line memories 13-15 is in horizontal synchronization with the WCK and since the RCK has a frequency of a multiple of 5/4 of the frequency of WCK, an output of an IDTV decoder 4 is subjected to time compression of a multiple of 4/5 in the horizontal direction. Thus, color blurring of a high-vision display device is adjusted under processing deviation width.</p>
