PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the work of system generation by supporting work annexed to the work of system generation other than the generation of system generation information by using a computer other than a user computer. When a system is generated, a various kinds of additional information such as the scale of the system, a user request, the designation of a manufacturer, etc., are inputted to the personal computer 10 installed at an arbitrary place, and the introduction of the system, the analysis and evaluation of an operating system, and the support of the work annexed to the work of system generation are performed integrally. In such a way, it is possible to reduce the amount of work applied in the work of system generation actually, and to perform the input of the system generation and the evaluation and analysis of the system at a place where no system is installed.
