PURPOSE:To add an automatic log-on/off function by registering in a central monitoring device the inherent number of a refrigeration container so as to avoid the collision between registration requests of a plurality of the containers and deleting the registration when communication for ordinary monitoring is impossible over a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION:A center computer system issues a monitoring instruction for a designated container 5 to a master modem device 3, which master modem device 3 then fetches data for monitoring from a refrigerator control device 7 according to communication protocol defined by a slave modem device 6 on the basis of the instruction, and transmits it to a center computer 2. The computer 2 processes the data and outputs processed data to an output device. The center computer 2 can receive sequentially monitoring data on other containers 5a, 5b for their processing. Further, the container is connected with and disconnected from an AC line on a container yard and on a container ship together with the movement of the load. Therefore, the inherent identification number of each container is used for automated efficient log-on (registration) and log-off (deletion) into the center computer 2. |
