PURPOSE:To obtain a cushion body having excellent air permeability by impregnating a blocked aqueous urethane prepolymer emulsion into three-dimensionally interlaced fiber and removing the excess emulsion and thermally curing the above-mentioned emulsion. CONSTITUTION:A blocked aqueous urethane prepolymer emulsion (obtained by subjecting glycerin, etc., to addition polymerization with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide and reacting the resultant polymer with an isocyanate compound obtained by blocking an isocyanate group with a blocking agent such as phenol) is impregnated into a three-dimensionally interlaced fiber and excess emulsion is removed by centrifugal separator, etc., and the above- mentioned emulsion is cured by heating (preferably at 115-150 deg.C) to provide the cushion having fiber surface coated with urethane resin and fiber interlacing part bonded with an urethane resin and suitable for vehicle, etc., in good workability and circumference. |
